If you know the Iriya district, just see the map here. Don't drive unless you don't mind pay-parking. There are plenty of metered parking lots that are mostly empty on Sunday. Iriya is located between Uguisudani and Asakusa, the wide connecting road is Kototoi Dori. Iriya subway station (Hibiya Line, H-18) is at the intersection of Showa Dori (coming from Ueno) and Kototoi Doi (Asakusa - Uguisudani).
