JPGS Lite is an online publication of the Japan Publications Guide Service (JPGS)

     JPGS Lite gives you free access to the best that has been published in and on this part of the world in English.  For more information on JPGS, JEPP, and JDPA see http://jpgsonline.com.     The JPGS collects, publishes and exhibits publications that are published in/on/for Japan, East Asia, and Southeast Asia. Most publications included are in English or are bi-lingual. All types of publications are listed including those from commercial publishers, associations, governments, private individuals and others. JPGS does not sell publications but tries to help you find a source ... the original publishers, booksellers, online dealers, libraries, etc. JEPP Standard and JPGS Pro (not yet available) are higher level services and supply more detailed information on more publications and their publishers. We currently list over 55,000 titles (books, magazines, others) from over 40 countries but all focused on the East Asia countries and region. The list online will be useful to you if you know the name of the title that you may want to find. See the link under this box for Categories; there are titles listed in over 200 subject categories.
    Titles are listed alphabetically. "A", "An" and "The" at the start of a title are usually ignored. If a title were named "A Green Orange", it would most likely be listed under "G".
    Several of the files are very large and will be very slow to load if you have a slow internet connection. After a file loads, it is often handy to search the file using your browser's find-in-page search ability.
