Important: A password is required to visit the DETAILS and ASK pages. You should use the customer name: [customerone] and the password [paydetails]. Don't use the brackets.

If you are IN JAPAN, you should pay in Japanese Yen, and you pay to: Intercontinental Marketing Corp. For the name in Japanese and address details, see http://imcbook.net/address.htm. All people/organizations in Japan should pay in Japanese Yen and all customers in Japan must pay 5% sales tax (shohizei). All orders must be paid before they are processed. All orders must be sent by mail, fax or email to IMC's Tokyo address (the link above has all address details). We can always send you an invoice if needed  but prepayment results in faster processing. DETAILS
For small payments from almost any post office anywhere in Japan, a postal transfer (yubin furikomi) is fast, cheap and easy. Cheaper and easier than bank transfers. Use the BLUE form; you pay the small fee. Click HERE to see a typical sample postal transfer form.

If you are OUTSIDE JAPAN, you should pay in U.S. Dollars
, and you pay to: imcbook LLC. We can send you a proforma invoice but prepaying from the catalog is usually faster and more convenient especially in case of small orders. All orders must be paid before they are processed. All orders must be sent by airmail, fax, courier or email to IMC's Tokyo address (the link above has all address details). Note that customers overseas paying in US$ must send their payments to IMC in Tokyo even though checks in US$ will be processed by "imcbook LLC" in the USA. DETAILS

EXCEPTIONS

You are in Japan but you want to pay with a US$ check drawn on a bank in the USA. This may be the case for someone who has just arrived in Japan or when a business branch office in Japan orders but payment comes from the USA head office. Contact us in Tokyo. We can probably accept the US$ check but you will have to pay sales tax. ASK

You are outside Japan but you want to pay in Japanese Yen. Generally we cannot accept this. If we do, you must pay ALL money transfer charges and currency exchange fees/risks. ASK

You are outside Japan, (London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, etc) but not in the USA and have no USA checking account. Usually your best option is to buy a US$ draft that will be payable in the USA to "imcbook LLC". Drafts MUST be payable at a bank branch physically located in the USA. PayPal and credit cards may also be acceptable options. ASK
