and the book is not available through the sources you have searched but
is listed as being available from imcbook
LLC. In order to reply, IMC needs to know (a) what book(s) you
want, your address, and it will help if you can tell us whether your
request is urgent or you can accept slower (cheaper) processing.
IMC will normally reply on the next business day.
IMC's reply will be slower if it does not have on-the-shelf stock. IMC
will reply even if stock is currently unavailable. IMC will not reply
if you have not sufficiently filled out the form or the information
supplied appears to be invalid.
