the item(s) you will buy. Include details: Title, Author, ISBN, Price
so that we will easily know what you are ordering.
Please fill in the name/address information as
completely as possible. It is likely that we will never telephone or
mail anything to you, but we require a complete mailing address and
telephone and/or fax.
Email address is essential and we have added a
space in which you may add a second email address. We separate
your email address into two fields for security.
