This page is for those of you who want to visit IMC's
(Intercontinental Marketing Corp.) office in Iriya. First see the MAP . The office
is easy to find and to walk through. The Iriya area is safe and interesting,
but lacks any big companies, buildings, or other easy-to-see landmarks.
To my surprise, most Japanese I have spoken to know Ueno, Uguisudani, Minowa
and Asakusa, but few know Iriya. Iriya Station (Hibiya Subway Line) is between
Ueno and Minowa. Uguisudani (next station to Ueno on JR Yamanote train line)
is on one side of Iriya and Asakusa (Asakusa Subway Line and Ginza Line,
and soon the Shin Joban JR train line) lies on the other side. Our office
in the Centre Building (the plaque outside the building spells it Cen-tre,
and the pronunciation is "sen to re") is on the second floor. The first
floor is the entrance to the parking tower. You can reach our office either
by elevator or stairs. The Centre Bldg is 7-storeys tall and we have the
entire 2nd floor. Standard office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday
to Friday, closed on national holidays

Subscribe to overseas magazines such as Forbes Global, Business Week, Harvard Business Review, Oil and Gas Journal, and hundreds more. Subscribe to local magazines in English such as Kyoto Journal, Kansai Time Out, Tokyo Journal, and many more. Also local magazines in Japanese such as Nikkei Business, Diamond Harvard Business, Idea, Car Styling, etc. Buy travel guide, diving guides, maps and atlases, food guides, health guides, and business / technical books. We probably have the most complete selection of travel guide books in English in Japan and we specialize in selling these at a discount on local prices. These books are new but often slightly damaged ... about the way a new book will look in your backpack after several days. Totally useful but a dent and bend here and there. We often have older editions that are even cheaper ..... the mountains usually haven't moved. IMC (also known as "imcbook") sells many books by expatriate authors, excellent books that are always ignored by most of the major Japanese retail booksellers. If you are an author, make sure that we know your book. We moved from the old Kakigara-cho address on May 1, 2001. Click for the current office (and stock) address in Iriya
