Payments may be made to KK IMCBOOK from
almost any post office in Japan by sending a postal transfer to our
postal account 00160-4-337988. When ordering one or two books, it is
possible to put all needed information (name of book, quantity, your
address, telephone) into the memo space and address spaces of the
postal
transfer form, but the available space on the form is small; so we
suggest that you also fax (047-434-1592 attn: K. Ito) or email
(kunikoi@attglobal.net) your order to us. Postal transfers are fast
(faster than mailing and processing a check) and inexpensive (less
than a bank transfer), and there is almost always a postoffice near
you. There are two (or more) styles of postal transfer form. The usual type is a single sheet about 180 x 116mm and printed in blue. All writing is on the front. It is a 2-page form. The left section contains spaces for (a) our postal account number (00160-4-337988), (b) the amount of money to be transferred, (c) our company name (KK IMCBOOK), (d) your name, address, and telephone, and (e) there is space for your memo/message above your name/address. The right section will be your receipt. The left (larger) portion of the postal transfer form is the main part. The right (much smaller) portion of the form is your Receipt. It will be stamped and given to you. If you are in a rush to get the book(s) you ordered, fax this Receipt to us at 047-434-1592. If you can write our company name in Japanese (see below or see our name here) the postal clerk will surely be happy, but the post office will also accept the name written in English. The most important thing is to make no mistake with the numbers. The copy below should help you understand the form. Another style of this form uses two pages and the memo space is on the carbon page.) |
